Flora Leung
Flora is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with over 20 years of experience in the public practice. She specializes in personal, corporation and trust tax filing as well as tax and estate planning. Her expertise extends to assisting clients with complex tax matters including CRA reviews, special cases such as Voluntary Disclosure. Flora is dedicated to supporting her clients’ success through efficient, strategic, and compliant tax planning.
Flora’s passion for tax planning led her to complete the prestigious CICA In-Depth tax program, where she enhanced her knowledge of advance Canadian tax rules and frameworks. In 2018, Flora earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Laurentian University further broadening her knowledge in organizational management, leadership, and project management. This combination of technical tax expertise and strategic business insight enables her to offer holistic solutions to individuals and businesses.
As a lifelong learner, Flora is committed to continuously building her skills to better serve others. Currently, Flora is pursuing the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation through STEP Canada to further solidify her specialization in tax and estate planning.
Outside of her professional role, Flora enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. Also, Flora is passionate about community service. As a volunteer mentor to CPA candidates, she provides valuable career guidance and support throughout their journey in the CPA program. Flora also serves as an Alumni Personal Profile Reader with UBC, helping identify the next generation of student leaders during the admissions process. Flora sees volunteering to build a stronger connected community.
